Anodized

After anodizing, the surface of the aluminium profile forms a dense oxide film with excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance, and has high chemical stability, is not easy to fade, and is durable. Through coloring treatment, rich colors and unique metal texture effects can be achieved to meet various decorative needs.

Electrophoresis

Aluminium profiles after electrophoresis treatment have higher hardness and excellent wear resistance, effectively extending the service life. At the same time, they have excellent weather resistance, through high alkali resistance tests, and can maintain stable performance in various harsh environments.

Three-Acid Polishing

The three-acid polishing process effectively removes the oxide layer on the surface of the aluminium profile by using a mixed solution of nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid, making the surface smoother and brighter.

Powder Coated

Powder coated aluminium profiles have excellent acid, alkali and abrasion resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh environments such as strong UV rays and acid rain without chalking, fading or coating peeling. Fluorocarbon

Fluorocarbon coated aluminium profiles have excellent weather resistance, excellent resistance to fading, whitening, corrosion, wear, weathering, aging and UV, and strong crack resistance, and can easily cope with various harsh climate conditions.

Wood grain surface treatment gives aluminium profiles a natural and real wood appearance while retaining the superior performance of the metal itself. This process not only improves the corrosion resistance of the profile, but also has good fire resistance, moisture resistance, and high surface hardness.
