Raw Material Testing

It is an important part of ensuring the quality, performance, and production process of aluminium extrusion profiles.

Component Analysis

Determine whether the alloy composition of the aluminium alloy is qualified by the chemical analysis method to ensure the strength and performance of aluminium extrusions.

Dimension Measurement

Ensure that the dimensional accuracy of extruded aluminium profiles meets design requirements and improve product qualification rate and customer satisfaction.

Mechanical Property and Slot Liquid Chemistry Component Testing

The quality and service life of aluminium profiles are evaluated through mechanical performance testing, and the performance and stability of slot liquid ensure the production quality and application of aluminium profiles to provide strong technical support.

Surface Physical and Chemical Property Testing

Testing the flatness, roughness, glossiness, color, as well as the corrosion resistance and coating adhesion of aluminium profiles helps to evaluate their durability and reliability in specific environments.

Packing Quality Inspection

Good packaging ensures that aluminium extrusion profiles will not be damaged during transportation and storage.





The National Accreditation Laboratory

Xinhe Aluminium’s testing center has been accredited as a nationally accredited laboratory by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It has not only participated in the formulation and inspection of a number of national standards for aluminium profiles, but also won many honors. This shows our testing center has the technical capability to carry out calibration and testing services in accordance with relevant internationally recognized standards.
